One includes a Queen bed, while the second offers twin bunk beds, making it a great option for kids or additional guests. This layout is ideal for multi-family stays, giving everyone their own space while staying close together. ☆ BATHROOMS ☆ Each cottage includes one full bathroom, for a total of two bathrooms across the property. Both are fully stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and essential toiletries so everyone can settle in comfortably. ☆ KITCHEN & RELAXING AREAS ☆ Each cottage has its own full kitchen, equipped with essentials including a stove and oven, microwave, full-size refrigerator, and everything needed for easy meal prep. Whether you are cooking for a crowd or keeping things simple, having two kitchens makes group stays seamless. Cottage A has a dishwasher, Cottage B does not. Pet Policy: Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs (no other animals are allowed) are welcome for an additional pet fee. If you add a pet when booking, it will automatically add the pet fee. All dogs must be disclosed. No other pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. No parties or events of any kind. Additional rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking (link will be provided at booking). Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Be respectful of guests in adjacent cottage. Travel insurance must be purchased for unexpected cancellations. This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between: Option 1: Damage Waiver ($47) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1000 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company. Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay. To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots. • Within 48 hours of booking, you are required to sign our rental agreement. You will be able to electronically sign this once your reservation is confirmed. • By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Please clean up after your pet. • The home is stocked with essential starter items to get you settled. If you run out during your stay, there are several convenient stores on the island where you can restock. We do not replenish supplies during your visit. • Please note that we do not provide beach towels or beach chairs. You're welcome to bring your own, or we're happy to share local rental recommendations if needed.
