Pet Policy: Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs (no other animals are allowed) are welcome for an additional pet fee. All dogs must be disclosed. No other pets allowed. No smoking or vaping inside or outside. No parties or events of any kind. Additional rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking (link will be provided at booking). Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. Be respectful of guests in adjacent cottage. Travel insurance must be purchased for unexpected cancellations.

• Within 48 hours of booking, you are required to sign our rental agreement. You will be able to electronically sign this once your reservation is confirmed. • By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Please clean up after your pet. • The home is stocked with essential starter items to get you settled. If you run out during your stay, there are several convenient stores on the island where you can restock. We do not replenish supplies during your visit. • Please note that we do not provide beach towels or beach chairs. You're welcome to bring your own, or we're happy to share local rental recommendations if needed.
